The following Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 288pk platform, accessible at 288pk.pro, and to any associated mobile applications including the 288pk App. Please read these Terms carefully. By registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or game wager on 288pk, you are agreeing to be legally bound by everything written here. If you do not agree, please do not use this platform.

1 Eligibility & Registration

To open a 288pk account and use any part of the platform, you must meet all of the following conditions without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 288pk does not accept players under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be the person whose details you provide during registration. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth or contact number — is a serious breach of these Terms.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended 288pk account. Each individual may hold only one account at any time.

• You must not be acting as an agent for any third party in relation to any bet or game played on the 288pk platform.

288pk reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point. If verification is not completed within the timeframe communicated by the support team, access to the account and pending withdrawals may be placed on hold until the process is completed satisfactorily.

2 Account Rules

Once your 288pk account is created, you take full responsibility for all activity that takes place within it. This includes all bets placed, all deposits made and all personal information stored. It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials secure and confidential. Do not share your password with anyone, including friends or family members.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact 288pk support immediately through the live chat function. Delay in reporting unauthorised access may limit the assistance 288pk is able to provide.

Account information — including your registered mobile number, email address and payment details — must remain accurate at all times. If your contact information changes, update it through your account settings or contact support. Outdated information can cause delays in withdrawal processing and account verification.

288pk accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or assign your account or any balance within it to another person. Attempting to do so will result in immediate account closure.

• One account per person — duplicate accounts will be merged or closed.
• Account sharing is not permitted under any circumstances.
• You are responsible for all transactions made from your account, even if made by someone else using your credentials.
• 288pk may carry out identity checks at any time, including during withdrawal processing.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 288pk are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit cards and mobile wallets. 288pk does not charge deposit fees; however, your mobile network or bank may apply their own transaction charges independently.

Deposits are generally credited to your 288pk balance within minutes of a successful transaction. If a deposit does not reflect within 30 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference number for assistance.

Withdrawal requests are processed as quickly as possible. Standard withdrawal amounts are typically settled same day for accounts in good standing with completed verification. Larger amounts may require additional processing time and identity confirmation before funds are released.

• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account that belongs to the same person as the 288pk account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the associated wagering requirements have been fully met.
• 288pk reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems necessary to verify.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method.
• Chargeback requests or payment disputes raised with your bank or mobile network will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

288pk offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cashback rewards and VIP programme benefits. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated on the promotion page. The general rules below apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have met the eligibility conditions stated for each specific offer.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The required wagering multiple will be stated clearly with each offer.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Expired bonuses and their associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless an offer specifically states otherwise.
• 288pk reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred to another account or exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering process.

288pk takes bonus fraud seriously. If suspicious activity is detected in relation to bonus usage — such as low-risk betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements — 288pk reserves the right to void the bonus and recalculate any withdrawal accordingly.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on 288pk is subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific rules for cricket, football and other markets are available within the betting section of the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 288pk does not cancel bets at a player's request after they have been accepted by the system.
• 288pk reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on incorrect odds caused by a system error, data feed error or obvious pricing mistake. In such cases, stakes will be returned in full.
• In-play betting markets — including live PSL and T20 cricket odds — are updated in real time. Bets placed on markets that have already been settled will be voided automatically.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These limits may be adjusted by 288pk at any time and may vary by account status and VIP tier.
• Winnings on slot games, live casino games and fish games are determined entirely by certified random number generation. Outcomes cannot be predicted or manipulated by 288pk or by players.
• Using automated scripts, bots, software tools or any external assistance to place bets or play games is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
• Collusion between players in table games, including Baccarat or poker variants, is a breach of these Terms and will be treated as fraud.

288pk reserves the right to limit, restrict or close the account of any player whose betting patterns suggest professional betting activity, arbitrage, matched betting or any strategy that the platform reasonably considers contrary to normal recreational use.

6 Privacy & Data

By creating a 288pk account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the 288pk Privacy Policy. This includes your name, contact details, payment information and gaming activity records.

288pk collects this information for legitimate operational purposes including account verification, withdrawal processing, fraud prevention and the improvement of platform features. Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

• Use of automated tools, bots or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Collusion, cheating or any form of coordinated fraudulent play.
• Threatening, abusive or offensive behaviour directed at 288pk staff or other platform users.
• Any other activity that 288pk reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform, its players or its operations.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the 288pk support team through live chat. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure, subject to withdrawal eligibility conditions, will be processed for return through the player's verified payment method.

9 Amendments to These Terms
